					<description>I think this rule should also extend to those "not-so-model" gentlemen that insist that reading the paper, operating a laptop, or shaving are sensible activities while driving...Probably should also be a provision in here to address all the idiots that decide to take the opportunity to stick around at an intersection during a green light to play with all the junk (piercings) in their face.</description>
